The course “Dirigenti – Aggiornamento (english version)” is aimed at managers, as identified and defined in Article 2 of Legislative Decree 81 of 2008, who have already received basic training for managers in occupational health and safety for all risk sectors and are required to take the five-year refresher, in accordance with the State-Regions Agreements of December 21, 2011 and July 7, 2016, and Article 37 of Legislative Decree 81 of 2008.
Obiettivi:
The course “Dirigenti – Aggiornamento (english version)” aims at providing all Managers with the recurrent training related to health and safety in workplaces as stated in the European laws.
It also aims at providing a major perception of the risk during work activities.
All Managers, according to Article 37 of Legislative Decree No. 81 of April 9, 2008, must receive sufficient and adequate health and safety training and periodic refresher training by their employer.
The duration and modalities of this refresher training were defined in the Agreement of December 21, 2011, by the Permanent Conference for Relations between the State, Regions and Autonomous Provinces: a five-year periodicity and a minimum duration of 6 hours is required, for all levels of company risk.
Therefore, the aim of this course is to provide a five-year refresher training for Managers who have not been in training for at least 5 years.

Certificazione rilasciata:
